Raising the Game
We worked with Lambeth Schools Partnership to develop universal provision, and to support families from the Black Caribbean community to develop positive behaviours for learning and improve their child’s outcomes.

Trafford and Liverpool
When I Grow Up
OVO Foundation is funding us to support the development of Early Literacy in Trafford and Liverpool schools with the early years’ Mouse Club Project. The project supports practitioners to improve their skills.
Past projects

Suffolk: Partnerships with Parents
PEN were awarded a grant from the Suffolk Community Foundation to enable primary and secondary schools to develop their parental engagement.

Moving Up to Secondary School
PEN received an Awards for All Grant to develop a project on engaging and supporting parents at the point of transition into High School.

Engaging Parents Effectively
PEN developed exciting new parental engagement strategies and resources as part of a national research project to support the engagement of disadvantaged families in the early years.

London: Mouse Club & Home Learning
Walcot Foundation, an independent charity working within Lambeth, funded us to roll out Mouse Club transition and home learning project to 10 schools in Lambeth.
I have gained skills in engaging parents in an informal, non-threatening way. I will definitely take forward plans to run termly workshops in the future due to increased confidence.
